I love the pics! Although where was Frankie in that last picture? I noticed that all the trees still had their green leaves on them.
And what did your Hippo do for Thanksgiving??
The last photo is back in DC. We too were amazed at how the trees hadn't changed a bit since the day we left before Thanksgiving. There were no leaves to be seen on trees in Michigan except the needly ones.
Hippo had his own Thanksgiving adventures. We're still waiting to hear what he got up to and see if he's as round as Frankie after five slices of pumpkin pie.
I am thankful for hippos, especially the perfectly spherical kind!
